Yay…We’ve finally got a TV Guide!
Well that’s exciting. After 3 months and 28 days of operation (yes, I’m still counting) we have finally moved to a live and regular format.
Our broadcast on the home page of www.waggawagga.tv is now dedicated to promotions for our new shows and upcoming events, plus our advertisers are rotated throughout the day between 500 and 1,000 times. This advertising “loop” is only interrupted whenever we have a LIVE event – and boy, do we have some LIVE events now.
6.30pm Monday nights it’s The Adam Drummond Show with guests, comedy, topical issues and more.
Also, check out this awesome behind the scenes video shot by local film maker John Riddell, “Behind the Wave”.
The Making of “The 5 O’clock Wave” panel quiz show.Short film maker, John Riddell captured some of the behind the scenes footage of The Making of the 5 O’clock Wave, waggawagga.tv’s comedy quiz and panel show, featuring Adam Drummond, Jamie Way, Sarah Wentworth-Perry and Matt Olsen. Check out this amazing tribute to the new format! LIVE every Wednesday night at 7pm on waggawagga.tv. Thanks for the awesome film, John!

Thursdays are about to burst with a new program for local consumers called The Wagga Zone. Local business people give away all the tips and advice for you to make the right purchasing decisions and steer you away from common mistakes. If you are a business that wants to harness the power of video and online marketing, contact email@example.com for more information – For $150 it’s the most affordable way to get your message out there to your target market.
6.30pm on alternating Friday nights we have lifestyle show Your House, followed by fashion show iStyle TV with Tam Wrigley, movie reviews and upcoming theatre events with Tickets Please and the world of weekend fishing in Tackle Box.
This Sunday we will bring you all the XXXX Gold Group 9 Action in the 2015 Grand Final between Junee Diesels and minor Premiers Gundagai Tigers. Log on from 2.30pm for pre-game show with Corey Hammond, Chris Coleman and myself, as well as WIN TV’s In the Sheds with Corey Hammond and kick off at 3pm.
Our VIP 12 month advertisers are now embedded during every LIVE show too as part of their VIP package – email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how you can enjoy 1,000’s of appearances throughout our broadcast per day and appear within our new shows and LIVE events.
We are also supporting so many wonderful local events it’s hard to keep up (but we are!)
Last month we did our first 24 hour livestream of the Suicide Prevention, Awareness and Education 24 hour Treadmill Challenge, the brain child of Joe Williams and supported by Relationships Australia and Mary O’Neill. Over one thousand people watched themselves or loved ones walking or jogging on treadmills throughout the day and night. Congrats to all involved in such a worthy cause.
We also streamed the community event hosted by The Wagga Business Chamber and in conjunction with Wagga Wagga City Council “The Wagga Parking Forum” which I adjudicated.
Lighten Up Wagga kicked off on September 1st and we have already broadcast the world premiere of the reality online TV series “With Jamie Way and Sarah Wentworth-Perry” – check it out for the next 12 weeks at 7.30pm most Wednesday nights.
The Spring Street Festival is on Saturday 19th September – check out the ad we made for them here.
Taste Riverina starts in October with a bang! Check out their calendar of events around the Riverina. We are having a guest on next week from Taste Riverina, Lighten Up Wagga and Spring Street Festival for our Special Local Produce episode of The Adam Drummond Show – 6.30pm Monday 14th September.
So much more coming your way on Wagga’s first online TV station and business directory! That’s right we are a local business directory too. Over 7,000 page views of our directory with restaurants, professional services, trades, retail and more.
If you are a business and you are not yet one of the 650 + businesses already registered, just fill out this form and hit submit. Keep in mind that photo listings and video listings get priority above the free ones, so if there’s lots of competition in your industry consider the $19.95 + GST or $39.95 + GST per month options – (yes that’s less than $500 per annum for a full video listing with social links, pdf links, web links and videos!)
