Something always goes wrong…right? Well, not always! We are ecstatic with how “right” things have been going so far – knock wood.
We have been inundated with business directory requests – over 400 now loaded and counting. We have been approached by some MASSIVE and not so massive brands wanting to reach a different audience for their advertising spend and I think it all comes down to the numbers.
Our site has been visited by over 7,000 unique users in less than four weeks with over 30,000 page views to date and over 60,000 minutes watched since May 15th 2015. We have over 1,500 page views per day on average.
Our on-demand shows have reached 10,700 people with over 4,000 plays to date….and the best part? We’re still growing our audience. These numbers are just the beginning.
But what are people crying out for when it comes to their online viewing pleasure and what do we have in store just around the corner?
They want things LIVE. This weekend we will be bringing you the Rugby League match between Gundagai and South City from Harris Park – log on at 2.30pm for kick off on Sunday the 14th of May. We will be commentating the grudge match as two of the top 3 teams battle it out for an even higher spot on the ladder.
We stream each week the 5 O’clock Wave podcast recording where you can tweet us or message us live from the comfort of your own home – or come down to The Farrer and call out to us yourselves in person. Anything can go wrong when it’s live! This week Jamie Way unveils to the live audience his game show “History, Caine or Bullshit” – it’s hilarious. Have a go with the answers yourself.
Then we kick off with 4 minute live segments each week starting with Business Spotlight on Tuesday at 10am followed by Charity Spotlight at 10.45am. Log onto waggawagga.tv to see who won their spot first up. And remember if you log on LIVE you have the chance to win a give-away courtesy of that business!
In two weeks’ time we start a live version of The Sports Show, brought to you by The Athlete’s Foot where we ask sporting clubs and bodies to tell us what’s on for the weekend with their sport.
And finally, their rods are already out for Tackle Box – the weekly LIVE fishing show hosted by local enthusiasts such as Bryn Mathew – check it out when it goes live on Saturdays at 10am.
